Students who are able to participate on-site can take advantage of a 50% discount.
Terms and conditions
Registrations are for the person acquiring the registration and paying the registration fee; registrations are non-transferable.
Changes to the registration rate selected in the registration are only possible for unpaid invoices.
Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received before 17 September 2021 (registration deadline). The cancellation fee is CHF 50.
Cancellations after 17 September 2021 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Covid-19 pandemic: With the current Corona situation, we are optimistic that we will be able to hold the event. However, the event will take place only if rules of the Swiss Federal Council allow it. Please make sure that your travel tickets are cancellable.
If the event is cancelled by the organizers, registrants will be reimbursed in full.

It is possible to participate online or on-site on different days of the symposium. Please make sure you have the program at hand when registering for the event using the form below.
Upon submission of a certificate, students who are able to participate on-site can take advantage of a 50% discount. For this, first make sure to upload a certificate using the form below.
A few days after filling out the registration form, an invoice will be sent by e-mail with the costs corresponding to your choices (i.e. social dinner, excursion etc..).
Payment of the invoice counts as confirmation of registration for the symposium.
